  • Payment & Prepayment
    To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit must be paid upfront here on our website. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival.
  • Security Deposit
    A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
  • Pets
    Pets may be allowed, but prior approval is required. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet to ensure it meets our villa’s guidelines.
  • Check-out before 10:00
    Check-out time is 10:00. Guests are kindly asked to leave the villa in a tidy condition. Late check-out may be available upon request but must be arranged in advance. Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full payment charges, depending on the timing.
  • Guest Responsibility
